Ask about Skored reporting ↗Fictional social post / Worked example
Fictional content for demonstration. Not a client result.
Social listening helps you understand the conversation. Skored focuses on a specific question: Does captured content reflect the messaging you approved?
Your priorities set the standard. Source evidence supports the assessment. Human judgment turns the findings into direction for your team.
Use Skored alongside your monitoring and research to connect what you see with what you want to communicate.
Evidence before conclusions
A consistent method, with room for human judgment.
Communications are assessed against your approved messaging criteria. Reports show the proportion of qualifying posts that align, alongside account-level results and supporting content. An alignment score is not a measure of truth, popularity, or persuasion.
A reviewer checks the source and context, then records a correction. Updated reports incorporate those decisions while keeping the original assessment available for comparison. Corrections appear when the report is refreshed; they do not automatically train a model.
Coverage is agreed for each engagement: the sources, accounts, topics, and reporting period to be evaluated. Social content and earned media require different source access and review criteria. Each report identifies the content included and any collection limits, rather than implying complete coverage.
Clarity. Evidence. Direction.
Built for communications teams, public affairs leaders, and the agencies that advise them.
